These are student workbooks. Some learning disabled children(especially young children) have trouble with math problems like these:

2 + ___ = 6

These children will correctly see the problem is an addition problem. They will see there are two numbers, a two and a six. They will put an 8 on the line for the unknown, oblivious to the fact that the position of the unknown requires them to do something different.

• Circle Book introduces the way to resolve this problem.
• Circle Book: Continued Practice provides further opportunities to practice the skills necessary to remediate these problems.

These student workbooks must be done in the presence of an adult; they do not require an adult who is a math teacher or a math whiz. Any adult can monitor the progress through these books.
